LUXURIOUS BEDROOMS: Four spacious bedroom suites with premium bed linen, private ensuites, study desks, lounge/retreat spaces, TVs, and individually controlled sound systems & climate control. GOURMET KITCHEN: State-of-the-art kitchen and butler’s pantry equipped with three Smeg ovens, two Liebherr integrated fridge/freezers, three Dishwasher drawers, Breville espresso coffee machine, ZIP chilled, sparkling and boiling water tap and a temperature-controlled cool room (cool room available for an additional fee). ENTERTAINMENT: A pool table in the rumpus room, Sonos sound system throughout, and an Escea dual-sided premium gas fireplace. WELLNESS AMENITIES: Fully-equipped gymnasium with cross trainer, treadmill, yoga mats, weights, and a large tiled steam room with temperature control via iPad. DINING: An oversized oak dining table seating 12 comfortably, with additional alfresco bar seating for 6 and breakfast bar seating for 4. FULLY STOCKED CELLAR: You have complete access to purchase premium wines and champagnes in the fully stocked wine cellar. Think of it as a giant in house mini-bar. PRIVATE HEATED POOL: Enjoy the 15-meter private saltwater pool, heated year-round. ALFRESCO BAR: Stone-topped alfresco bar with in-built commercial ice machine, BBQ, outdoor TV, and integrated sound system. RELAXATION AREAS: Sun loungers by the pool, cruiser bikes for exploring the boardwalk, and a variety of beach gear including surfboards, bodyboards and beach umbrellas.

Guests have full access to the entire house including exclusive use of your own private gym, steam room, gas fireplace, pool table in rumpus room and heated pool. Guests will be given a unique access code one day prior to arrival. The house is keyless and you will be given a garage remote on arrival. Mana has a double lock-up garage and an additional 2 spaces in the driveway. There is on-street parking also readily available. Check in time is 2pm AEST and Check-out is 10am. We always try to accomodate extra time requests where possible. Guaranteed early check-in/ Late check-out can be confirmed by paying a half-day fee of $500 (subject to availability)

FULL-SIZED LUXE AMENITIES: Grown Alchemist amenities in every bathroom and Al.ive bench spray, dishwashing liquid, and hand wash trio in the kitchen. Miele washing machine has in-built detergent, so no need to worry about stocking up on supplies before you arrive. SPECIAL EVENT HOSTING: Subject to approval, we allow a limited number of events with a maximum of 30 guests on-site, including event staff. Additional fees apply and are strictly subject to approval. Unauthorised parties and additional guests will automatically forfeit the security deposit. GAMES/ TOYS: Kids pool/ beach toys, Surfboard, Boogie boards, Beach cart, Board Games, Puzzles and 5 x Cruiser bikes (and helmets) available to use free of charge during your stay. DAILY / MID-STAY HOUSEKEEPING, PRIVATE CHEF, BAR STAFF, AND COCKTAIL WAITER SERVICES: Available on request.

The price is for 10 guests. Additional guests can be accommodated on the 2 sofa beds in the Master and Bedroom 3 (extra linen charges and per person rates apply).

EVENT POLICY: All events must be pre-approved prior to booking. No hens or bucks parties. Strict adherence to guest limit and event fees apply. Unauthorised parties and additional guests will automatically forfeit the security deposit. PET POLICY: Small non-shedding dogs allowed, strictly subject to approval. Pet fees apply. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is 2pm NSW time and Check-out is 10am. We always try to accomodate extra time requests where possible. Guaranteed early check-in/ late check-out can be confirmed by paying a half-day fee of $500 (subject to availability). SECURITY: External security cameras monitor the driveway, front door, and back door only. This is for perimeter security. A Minut noise sensor in the main outdoor area monitors levels only and does not record audio. Absolutely no private areas have cameras. ID CHECK/ DAMAGE WAIVER: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please complete within 48 hours of booking (or 24 hours prior to arriving at the property for last minute bookings) to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

Mana Beach house is located at Salt Beach on Cylinders Drive, one of Kingscliff's premier beachfront streets. Surf Lifesaving patrol the section of beach directly in front of Salt Village from September through to April. An easy 15 minutes south of the Gold Coast Airport and 30 minutes north of Byron Bay. Perfectly located in the Tweed River Valley on New South Wales' north coast and centrally located within Salt Village, Mana Beach house is within strolling distance to many great restaurants & cafes - such as Fins, La Barrita Mexican Cantina, Mahsuri Thai, Saltbean Espresso, Sea Salt (Pizza) and Salt Village Fish & Chips, Salt Bar. Retail stores including Witchery and Seafolly too. Mana Beach House is on the doorstep of many popular Queensland and New South Wales must-see destinations including Gold Coast theme parks and beautiful Byron Bay, which are a short 30-40 minute drive from your accommodation.

Mana Beach house is located 15 mins from the Gold Coast Airport and 30 mins from Byron. Parking is available in the secure garage and driveway. On street parking also readily available. Once you arrive having a car won't be a necessity. Everything you need is within walking distance and we also have bikes for you to use on the beachside boardwalk, which stretches from Kingscliff to Cabarita.
